Brad Vandermeulen

I’m Brad Vandermeulen—originally from Illinois, but I’ve called Western Kentucky home for the past 25 years. I’ve spent over 15 years helping people navigate the mortgage process, and I still love seeing the moment when someone gets the keys to their new home.

I’m a University of Illinois graduate (go Illini!), and when I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me on the golf course, spending time with my family, or cheering on my teams. My wife and I have been married for 26 years, and we are raising three amazing daughters. 

My approach is simple: be available, be honest, and make the process as smooth as possible. Buying a home is a big deal, and I’m here to make sure it’s an exciting milestone—not a stressful one.
